Patient Service Representative - Ridgefield Part Time

Overview Vancouver Clinic is looking for a Front Desk Representative to join our team! To be successful in this role you will need a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families. Collect co-pays and obtain and complete insurance information. Answer phone calls and schedule appointments. Multitask effectively and work well with others as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Location Ridgefield (5515 Pioneer St, Ridgefield, WA 98642) Schedule Monday - Friday 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Candidates must be available for a full-time training period lasting approximately 4-6 weeks at the start of employment. Hiring range Starts at $18.00/hour and goes up based on evaluation of experience. $3 Differential Pay after 5:30 PM. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required. Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred. Experience with Epic preferred. Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors. Strong keyboarding skills required. Pay and Benefits Pay range: $17.31 - $24.24 per hour. We offer a competitive Total Rewards Program.
