PRODUCTION SPECIALIST - IMMEDIATE HIRING!

Payrate: $25.13 per hour

Shift: 5:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Thursday (OT available on Fridays)

Location: Redmond, WA 98052

Overview

Join our team as a Production Associate and play a key role in building high-quality products. In this hands-on role, you’ll assemble components, operate tools, and grow your skills across multiple workstations. We offer a clear path for development—from learning the basics to mastering advanced assembly and helping train others.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble parts and equipment following instructions and quality standards
• Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively
• Perform sub-assemblies and multi-step builds within required timeframes
• Rotate across workstations and develop proficiency throughout the production line
• Read basic blueprints and schematics (advanced levels will expand this skill)
• Identify and report quality or production issues
• Record measurements and production data accurately
• Follow safety, quality, and continuous improvement processes
• Move and handle materials, parts, and finished goods
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Support team operations and assist with training at higher skill levels

What You Bring

• Experience with hand and/or power tools preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks accurately
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Strong attention to quality and safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift

Lift 20–50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs occasionally with assistance)

Work Environment

Manufacturing and warehouse setting with active production equipment. PPE required (safety glasses, ear protection, steel-toe boots).

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.

The pay range for this position is $25.13 - $25.13/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Redmond,WA.
