WHAT A SUCCESSFUL DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
As a Front Desk Receptionist - Secretary, you will become the communication hub of the office. You'll answer telephone calls and help customers with professionalism and confidence while coordinating information across multiple departments. You'll calculate and cost jobs, assist with warranty claims, maintain orderly filing systems, and provide support to team members when questions or needs arise. Your attention to detail will help keep office operations flowing smoothly, and your friendly approach will ensure callers and visitors feel welcomed and cared for throughout every interaction.
