Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health, including their emotional, behavioral, and social functioning, to establish a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Provide psychotherapy services for patients coping with mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that adhere to best practices and reflect cultural competence, adjusting them based on patient progress and therapeutic responses.

• Collaborate actively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and nursing staff, ensuring a holistic and coordinated approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
