Manager, Contracts Location: US-CO-AURORA-S75 ~ 16800 E Centretech Pkwy ~ BLDG S75 (Onsite) Role: Manager, Contracts – contingent upon contract award of submitted pursuits. What You Will Do Work closely with Portfolio Directors, Program Managers, Chief Engineers, Business/Estimating, and Supply Chain to manage successful execution of contracts Provide guidance regarding contractual and business issues, advising management of contractual rights and obligations as well as mitigation of contractual/program risks Key contributor during pre-proposal strategy, proposal development, negotiation, and execution phases of programs, including preparation of bids and contract management compliance Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Information (RFI) and Broad Agency Announcements (BAA) Work closely within cross-functional teams to construct, submit, and negotiate terms and conditions and pricing proposals Negotiate and execute contracts Support program management and execution reviews Work independently in a fast-paced, multitask environment Develop effective partnerships with customers and internal teams Qualifications You Must Have University degree or equivalent with minimum 8 years of relevant experience, OR advanced degree with minimum 5 years experience Minimum 5 years experience specifically with contracts Experience with US Government contracts under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and/or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) Qualifications We Prefer Experience with Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Fixed Price Incentive Fee (FPIF), Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Cost-Plus Award Fee (CPAF) contract types Demonstrated ability to develop effective relationships with customers and internal partners based on understanding, teamwork, and trust Professional written and verbal communication skills to interface with all levels of internal and external customers; thorough analytical skills; excellent interpersonal skills; adaptability to various business situations Experience working in an environment that requires multi-tasking across multiple programs; record of responsiveness with excellent time management and organization skills What We Offer Salary range: 107,500 – 204,500 USD. Sign‑on bonus available.
