The Office Administrative Assistant will perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, managing schedules, and ensuring the office is clean and organized for customers and vendors as well as assisting with payroll and inventory. The ideal Office Administrative Assistant is bi-lingual in Spanish, has prior experience with a manufacturing facility, delivers exceptional communication and time management skills that produces exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment.
