Your Role in Our Lab

• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical lab tests, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology, following standardized protocols.
• Evaluate results meticulously for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure laboratory instruments are calibrated and maintained.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Document all lab procedures thoroughly, mentor new staff or students, and ensure adherence to quality standards in the lab.
• Keep the workspace clean and safe, complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with readiness for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be acquired within one year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your career in this role.
