Conduct routine and advanced laboratory evaluations in various disciplines including chemistry, hematology, and immunology while adhering to established methodologies.

Ensure integrity in results by analyzing data for precision, troubleshooting discrepancies, and performing necessary maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.

Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis as required.

Document all procedures meticulously, mentor new staff or training students, and help maintain laboratory quality standards.

Uphold a clean, secure work environment and comply with applicable regulatory and accreditation criteria.

Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, along with preparatory ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) should be secured within one year of employment.

Maintain your certification up-to-date throughout your tenure.

Excellent communication and interpersonally adept for effective collaboration within healthcare teams.

Able to exhibit independent judgment and problem-solving as needed in dynamic circumstances.

Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail, especially concerning quality control and procedural documentation.
