Description – What You'll Do

• Conduct both routine and complex clinical laboratory tests—covering areas such as chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond—through highly established protocols.
• Assess results for precision, identify and rectify errors, and perform regular maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments to ensure optimal performance.
• Support specimen collection processes and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Document all lab procedures meticulously, mentor new staff or students, and help maintain high-quality lab standards.
• Uphold a clean and safe laboratory environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of joining.
• Maintain the currency of your certification throughout your employment tenure.
