Benefits: 401(k) Free food & snacks Paid time off Job description We're a fast-growing commercial electrical contractor looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our in-office team. You'll play a critical role in our growth — pricing work accurately, winning bids, and setting our project teams up for success from day one. What You'll Do Perform full electrical takeoffs and bid preparation using software Analyze project plans, specs, and scopes to develop accurate, competitive estimates Source and negotiate pricing with vendors and suppliers Coordinate bid handoffs to project management, ensuring a smooth transition from estimate to execution Communicate with general contractors, clients, and internal teams throughout the bid process Track bid results and maintain organized estimate documentation Stay current on material pricing, labor rates, and market conditions What You Need 3+ years of electrical estimating experience in commercial construction Hands-on proficiency with estimating software Strong understanding of electrical systems, NEC standards, and construction documents Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Effective communicator — comfortable working with clients, GCs, and field teams Field experience as an electrician is a plus What You Get Competitive salary based on experience Full-time, in-office position with long-term stability Real impact and ownership over the estimating function Growth opportunity within a company that's scaling fast A team that values accuracy, integrity, and doing things right Job Type Full-time Benefits 401(k) Experience Electrical installation and/or drawing: 1 year (Preferred) Electrical Software Estimating: 1 year (Required) Work Location In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Anvil Edge Electric
