Job Description Commercial Construction Estimator A respected General Contractor with a strong backlog of commercial projects is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator to join their growing team. - 5+ years of experience estimating ground-up commercial construction projects
- Required experience estimating public sector construction projects in New Jersey, with a strong understanding of public bidding procedures, prevailing wage requirements, and state procurement regulations
- Ability to prepare and manage detailed estimates across multiple projects
- Experience pricing, tracking, and negotiating change orders and project costs
- Strong understanding of budgeting, P&L, and margin projections
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred, but not required
