Key Responsibilities\n

• Foster a safe and trusting relationship with clients, creating an environment conducive to open dialogue and personalized therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health concerns and formulate appropriate diagnoses.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each client.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and those seeking support for family dynamics or life transitions. You will be at the forefront of helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, empowering them with skills to improve their emotional well-being and strengthen their familial and social connections.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Proven therapeutic skills with strong interpersonal communication capabilities.

• Experience working with clients facing addiction issues and co-occurring disorders is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
