What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced operating room setting
• Assist with circulating and scrubbing procedures for surgical cases
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using EPIC
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe and efficient procedures
• Support a variety of surgeries, including robotics and oncology
• Adapt to different shifts based on unit needs, including call rotations
• Uphold safety standards and infection control protocols

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Ohio or able to obtain
• BCLS certification (required)
• At least 2 years of OR experience, with proficiency in circulating and scrubbing
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system (required)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to rotating schedules, including call and weekend shifts

This position is based at a leading healthcare facility in Columbus, Ohio, with a focus on outpatient and inpatient surgical procedures. The OR team performs a mix of general, specialty, and robotics surgeries, providing a comprehensive clinical experience.
