Banquet and Events Manager (Chateau Mar) – Join Our Team and Make a Difference!
Salary: $60,000
Do you have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the leadership skills to bring events to life? Arc Culinary is seeking a Banquets & Events Services Manager to oversee and elevate banquet and event operations at Chateau Mar Hotel.

About the Role: Banquet and Events Manager
- Oversee every aspect of front-of-house operations—from event setup and service coordination to client interaction and post-event evaluation—while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.
- Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional service, communication, and organizational skills to guarantee a flawless guest experience.
- Responsible for is the training and development of staff , ensuring team members are properly prepared, professional, and aligned with Arc Culinary’s service standards.
- Be a proactive leader with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, motivate service teams, and collaborate closely with culinary and operations staff to ensure all events reflect Arc Culinary’s commitment to excellence.

What are the requirements?
- High school diploma/GED preferred but will substitute for prior banquet captain/server experience.
- Minimum of three to six years of work experience in the banquet/ food service industry.
- Must successfully complete required screening: Level II background check, physical and drug screen.
- Experience with business lines and retail venues meal production.
- HACCP and Servsafe knowledge is preferred.
- Must be detail oriented, organized, able to lead and direct a team of varied experience levels and be flexible with business demands including evenings and weekends.
