What This Job Actually Is A fast-paced insurance service role where you'll own customer relationships from start to finish. You'll handle policy changes, billing questions, renewals, coverage reviews, and problem resolution while delivering an exceptional client experience. Expect 30–50 customer interactions each day through phone, email, and text. This is an individual contributor role—not a management position. .

You’ll Be a Fit If You…

• Hold a Texas P&C license
• Have 12+ months experience in insurance service, billing, or renewals
• Thrive when the pace speeds up
• Want clients requesting you by name
• Are sharp, organized, and fast on the phones
• (Bonus) Speak Spanish and want to help more customers

What You’ll Do

• Fix billing + policy issues fast
• Beat metrics (resolution time, satisfaction, follow-up rates)
• Join weekly coaching on cross-sell, retention, and communication
• Spot broken processes and help fix them
• Get better every single month

Pay + Perks

• $45,000 base + monthly bonuses (top reps: $60K–$70K )

• Monday–Friday only — your nights + weekends are yours
