Overnight Licensed Veterinary Technician - ER

Position Overview BluePearl Pet Hospital is hiring an Overnight Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our ER department in Tacoma. This full‑time position is eligible for a sign‑on bonus or relocation pay and requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Schedule Overnight Compensation Pay: $25.63 – $36.81 per hour (including overnight shift differentials). This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through the Kahuna leveling system. Competitive shift differential pay is available: a 4‑hour minimum, e.g., Mon‑Fri 6 pm‑8 am $4.50, Sat‑Sun 8 am‑6 pm $4.50, and Sat‑Sun 6 pm‑8 am $8.00.
