Pulmonary Outpatient Medicine Physician

Blanchard Valley Health System, a nonprofit, independent health system and member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network, is seeking a BC/BE Pulmonologist to join their established Pulmonary & Critical Care team in Findlay, NW Ohio. This role offers a predominantly outpatient pulmonary practice with no call responsibilities and a flexible full-time schedule. The position provides an opportunity to perform a broad range of pulmonary and critical care procedures within a collaborative, physician-led culture.

• Hospital-based clinic located adjacent to the ICU
• 24/7 in-house hospitalist coverage

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of pulmonary and critical care procedures, including Endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS), Robotic bronchoscopy, Thoracentesis, Chest tube placement, Central line placement, and Ventilator management

Compensation

• Guaranteed base salary: $500,000
• Uncapped productivity bonus: $84 per wRVU
• Signing bonus: $100,000 ($50,000 in Year 1 and $50,000 in Year 2)
• Annual CME allowance: $5,000
• Relocation assistance: $10,000
• 403(b) retirement plan with a 4% employer match
• Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)-eligible employer
• Salary Range: $500,000 to $550,000 / Year
