As a Rheumatologist at the facility Health System, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing 100% outpatient rheumatology care at the BVHS Wellness Park
• Creating a personalized schedule : choose between part-time, full-time, or week on/week off
• Selecting your own patient mix and age group
• Collaborating with a full complement of medical and surgical specialties
• Participating in weekly on-site CME and Mayo Clinic Care Network programs
• Working alongside experienced staff with strong care team model support
• Enjoying full practice autonomy while influencing practice direction and improvements
• Using Cerner EMR integrated across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Optional teaching opportunities for medical students and APP trainees
• Leveraging Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, and AskMayoExpert
• Benefiting from 24/7 in-house hospitalist support for inpatient needs
• Not open to visa candidates
• Not accepting Locums providers

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $300,000/year for 40 hours per week, with additional wRVU productivity bonus potential (total compensation up to $500,000/year)
• $50,000 signing bonus
• Loan repayment options available during or after training (monthly, quarterly, or annual stipend-candidate's choice)
• Up to $10,000 relocation assistance
• $5,000 annual CME and board certification support
• 248 hours of paid time off (includes vacation, holidays, and CME)

• TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility with plans to test) or Board Certified in Rheumatology (*no exceptions) [REQUIRED]
• OH license (or willing to obtain) [REQUIRED]
