Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive ENT care to a wide referral base, with little competition
• Manage an average of 20-30 patients per day in clinic settings
• Perform surgeries using advanced technology, including four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots
• Collaborate closely with onsite audiology and subspecialty teams, such as Allergy, Endocrinology, and Neurosurgery
• Participate in a care team model with APPs and hospitalists for inpatient management
• Take backup call support while APPs cover primary calls
• Contribute to a collegial, flexible work culture emphasizing wellness and work-life balance
• Have input into practice patterns, schedules, and patient volumes
• Optionally teach medical students and trainees

What You Need

• Active Ohio medical license and board certification in Otolaryngology
• Key skills in comprehensive ENT care and surgical procedures
• Ability to collaborate efficiently with multidisciplinary teams
