Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (rate reflects standard or placeholder; actual compensation discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive ENT care to a broad referral base with minimal competition
• Manage an average of 20-30 patients daily in clinic settings
• Perform surgeries at multiple locations using advanced robotic surgical systems
• Collaborate with audiology and subspecialty teams (allergy, neurosurgery, endocrinology)
• Participate in a team-based care model with APPs and hospital support staff
• Take backup call only, with primary call coverage managed by APPs
• Contribute to a flexible, supportive, and physician-focused work culture
• Engage in teaching opportunities with medical students and trainees (optional)

What You Need

• Current, valid Ohio medical license and board certification in Otolaryngology
• Proven clinical and surgical experience in ENT practice
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude
• Commitment to quality patient care and professional development
