Pay & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $515,000 to $800,000 annually, with additional bonuses (sign-on, productivity, relocation, stipends)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive ENT care to a diverse referral base with minimal competition
• Manage 20-30 patients daily in outpatient clinics
• Perform surgeries across multiple hospital locations using advanced technology including four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots
• Collaborate with onsite audiology and medical/surgical subspecialty teams
• Participate in inpatient care with a team-based approach supported by advanced practice providers and hospitalists
• Engage in occasional backup call, with support from APPs for primary call coverage
• Contribute to a collegial, innovative work environment that values physician input and wellness
• Optionally teach medical students and advanced practice trainees

What You Need:

• Medical license and certification in Otolaryngology (Board Certified or Eligible)
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
