Hours/week: 40+ (adjustable based on schedule choice)

License/Certifications: Ohio Medical License; Board Certified/Board Eligible in Rheumatology

Experience: Preference for experienced providers, new grads considered

Pay & Benefits

Base salary of $300,000/year for 40 hours/week, with productivity bonuses up to $500,000/year

$50,000 signing bonus

Up to $10,000 relocation assistance

What You'll Do

Provide outpatient rheumatology care at the BVHS Wellness Park

Customize your schedule: full-time, part-time, or week-on/week-off

Manage your own patient mix and age groups

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care

Participate in weekly CME and Mayo Clinic Care Network programs

Utilize Cerner EMR for inpatient and outpatient documentation

Engage in optional teaching opportunities for students and trainees

Leverage Mayo Clinic resources: eConsults, eBoards, AskMayoExpert

Work with a supportive team, including hospitalist support for inpatient needs

What You Need

Valid Ohio medical license

Board Certified or Eligible in Rheumatology

Proven experience in outpatient clinical settings preferred

Strong communication and collaborative skills
