• Start Date: Immediate or upon completion of licensing/certification
• End Date/Duration: Ongoing / Permanent position
• Shift: Flexible (Part-time, Full-time, Week on/Week off)
• Hours/week: Up to 40 hours, flexible scheduling
• Employment Type: Full or Part-time outpatient
• License/Certs: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology
• Experience: Open; new graduates welcome with appropriate certification

Pay & Benefits:

• Salary: Base of $300,000/year for 40 hours/week, with potential to earn up to $500,000/year including productivity bonuses
• Sign-on Bonus: $50,000
• Additional Compensation: Up to $10,000 relocation assistance, signing bonus, CME and board certification support
• Loan Repayment: Options available during or after training
• Paid Time Off: 248 hours (vacation, holidays, CME)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient rheumatology care at BVHS Wellness Park
• Manage your own patient mix and tailor your schedule to your preferences
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists and primary care providers
• Participate in weekly CME, Mayo Clinic Care Network programs, and Grand Rounds
• Utilize Cerner EMR for efficient patient management
• Engage in teaching opportunities for medical students and APP trainees (optional)
• Contribute to continuous practice improvements and autonomy in care delivery

What You Need:
Required:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology
• Ohio medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience with outpatient rheumatology
• Interest in teaching or academic involvement
