Pay & Benefits

• Salary: Guaranteed base of $500,000 annually
• Bonuses: Uncapped productivity bonus ($84 per wRVU)
• Signing Bonus: $100,000 ($50,000 each in Year 1 & Year 2)

What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient pulmonary and critical care services to adult patients
• Perform procedures such as EBUS, robotic bronchoscopy, thoracentesis, chest tube, and central line placements
• Manage ventilator support and critical care needs
• Collaborate with hospitalists and ICU staff for patient coordination
• Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient records
• Contribute to a multidisciplinary team within a hospital-based clinic adjacent to ICU

What You Need

Required:

• Board Certified/Eligible in Pulmonary Medicine
• Ohio medical license or eligibility
• Experience with pulmonary procedures (preferred but not mandatory)

Preferred:

• Critical care experience
• Ability to perform advanced procedures like EBUS and robotic bronchoscopy

This position is based at a well-established hospital in Findlay, Ohio, offering outpatient services with some procedural responsibilities. The clinic operates in conjunction with a 24/7 in-house hospitalist team and is situated adjacent to the ICU, providing a robust environment for professional growth and quality patient care.
