• Shift: Outpatient clinic, 4-5 days/week
• Hours per Week: 40+ hours

• Licenses/Certifications: BC/BE Pulmonologist, Ohio medical license preferred
• Experience: Prior pulmonary & critical care experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $500,000 annually
• Uncapped Productivity Bonus: $84 per wRVU
• Signing Bonus: $100,000 (split over Year 1 & Year 2)
• Paid Time Off: 5 weeks annually
• CME Allowance: $5,000/year
• Relocation Assistance: $10,000

What You’ll Do:

• Provide outpatient pulmonary and critical care consultations for adult patients
• Perform procedures including EBUS, robotic bronchoscopy, thoracentesis, chest tube placement, and central line insertion
• Manage ventilator settings and assist in ICU patient care
• Collaborate with hospitalist team and other specialists
• Document patient encounters using Cerner EMR system
• Participate in care planning and patient follow-up
• Support hospital’s mission to provide high-quality pulmonary care in a community setting

What You Need:

• Active BC/BE in Pulmonology
• Ohio medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience with pulmonary procedures and critical care management preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
