Pay & Benefits

• Pay package discussed upon application
• Competitive base salary of $500,000
• Uncapped productivity bonus at $84 per wRVU
• Signing bonus of $100,000 (split over two years)

What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient pulmonary and critical care consultations for adult patients
• Perform procedures such as EBUS, robotic bronchoscopy, thoracentesis, chest tube, and central line placements
• Manage ventilator support and assist in critical care management
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including hospitalists and ICU staff
• Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient records
• Participate in call coverage as needed (though currently not required)

What You Need

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physician in Ohio
• Board-certified or eligible in Pulmonology/Critical Care Medicine
• Strong clinical skills in pulmonary procedures and patient management
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
