JOB OVERVIEW • Job Title: Hematology & Oncology • Job Type: Permanent • Location: Findlay, OH • Service Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient • Reason For Coverage: Vacancy • Coverage Period: ASAP - Ongoing • Coverage Type: Clinical + Call • Shift Schedule: TBD - 4 clinic days - 1 remote administrative day • Call Schedule: TBD • Call Ratio: 1:4 PATIENT INFORMATION • Patient Volume: TBD • Case Mix: 50% Hematology; 50% Oncology - Established referral base including breast, colon, lung, and prostate cancers • Specialty Backup Available: - 24/7 hospitalist and Intensivist - Full specialty support across 54 specialties, including General Surgery, ENT, Urology, Gynecology, Pulmonology, and Gastroenterology • Physician in Practice: 3; Gynecologic Oncology • Support Staff: 2 APPs, Radiation Oncology, Infusion Therapy, Laboratory, and Pharmacy onsite • Office Equipment: New linear accelerator and CT simulator • Additional infusion suites and exam rooms • JOB REQUIREMENTS • OH medical license (or willing to obtain)• BC in both Hematology and Medical Oncology - If BE, within 5 years of eligibility • Most recent NPDB Report (within 30 days active) COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • $550,000 guaranteed base salary • $55,000 signing bonus + $100,000 student support • wRVU (No cap)• Six weeks PTO • $10,000 annual CME allowance • $10,000 relocation assistance • 403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match • Comprehensive benefits package • PSLF-eligible, hospital-employed position
