Quick Facts Location: Findlay, OH (1900 South Main Street) Start Date: 04/28/2026 Employment Duration: Permanent Shift: Full-time, flexible schedule Hours/week: 40+ Employment Type: Full-time, W-2 License/Certs: Board-certified Otolaryngologist required Experience: Prior ENT practice preferred Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (competitive based on experience) Benefits: Competitive pay packages and weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements (when applicable) Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and productivity bonuses CME stipends and loan repayment support What You ll Do Provide full-spectrum ENT care to a diverse patient population with little competition Manage an average patient load of 20-30 patients daily in clinic settings Perform surgeries at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, and Findlay Surgery Center using advanced technology including da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots Collaborate with onsite audiology and specialty teams such as allergy, endocrinology, and neurosurgery Participate in a team-based care model with advanced practice providers and hospitalists for inpatient management Take backup call only, with primary calls covered by APPs Engage in a collegial, flexible work environment emphasizing work-life balance and physician wellness Contribute to practice development and have input on schedules and patient volumes Utilize resources like Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, AskMayoExpert, and Grand Rounds Optional opportunities to teach medical students and advanced practice trainees What You Need Required: Medical License in Ohio Board certification in Otolaryngology Proven experience in ENT practices Preferred: Strong surgical skills and advanced technology experience Excellent communication and teamwork abilities About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Findlay, Ohio, committed to providing exceptional ENT care within a collaborative and supportive environment.
