Customer Experience Representative

The Customer Experience Representative at TANDEMKROSS LLC. is an essential cog in the sales and marketing team. It provides a key touchpoint for first impressions and repeat customers that want personal contact or don’t feel comfortable sending orders over the internet. This position drives direct sales and routes customer communications to the right internal team if required. Qualified candidates must be skilled at delivering an exceptional customer service experience by resolving customer needs, providing knowledgeable product support, facilitating sales and serving as a direct voice of the customer within the organization. The C.E.R. builds customer loyality by making interactions easy, accurate, positive and consistent with customer needs and the TANDEMKROSS brand. This position demands an everyday positive and upbeat especially during difficult curcumstances. Knowledge and understanding of firearms, the firearms industry and sales techniques is a HUGE plus but not required.

POSITION INFORMATION

Hours: 40+ 9AM - 5:30PM Monday through Friday (Benefits possible) Location: 490 S Stark Hwy., Weare, NH 03281

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED certificate is required; at least two years of related experience in customer service, preferably related to a commercial entity providing goods directly to customers. The equivalent combination of education and experience is a plus.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond and satisfy sale requests and inquiries via telephone and digital correspondence. Retain and share knowledge of weekly and monthly sales to upsell for customer calls. Resolve customer problems and communicate positive solutions or requested information to the customer. Efficiently process returned items and refunds. Provide assistance to customers regarding website registration and navigation. Work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams to determine strategic monthly and weekly specials. Recognize, record and report (written and verbally) customer requests and issue patterns to improve business processes, products and services. Travel to events, trades shows and competitions, educating and promoting our brand and product.
