Construction Manager

Coalesce Management Consulting

Responsible for overseeing the construction of transmission lines, substations, and related electrical infrastructure , ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to client and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Oversee field construction for transmission lines and substations
Coordinate engineering, procurement, clients, subcontractors, and field teams.
Manage schedules, budgets, resources, and project risks.
Ensure OSHA, safety, environmental, and quality requirements are met.
Review drawings, specifications, daily reports, change orders, and progress.
Manage subcontractors and field personnel.
Conduct site inspections and construction meetings.
Support estimating, constructability reviews, and pre-bid activities.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of utility, electrical, transmission, or substation construction experience.
4+ years of construction management or supervisory experience.
Experience managing transmission and/or substation projects .
Knowledge of utility construction practices, electrical systems, and OSHA requirements.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and construction specifications.Willingness to travel to project sites.

Preferred

OSHA 30
EPC/design-build experience
Experience with P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, or Bluebeam
