Business Solutions Providers is expanding our AT&T Business Fiber sales division in South Florida, and we’re looking for motivated B2B Account Managers who know how to prospect, build relationships, and close business.

The Opportunity

As a B2B AT&T Fiber Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be acquiring new business customers and helping companies upgrade their connectivity with AT&T Fiber and related business solutions.

You’ll develop your own pipeline while also working with company-provided business opportunities and market data to identify qualified prospects.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect small and medium-sized businesses through calls, email, networking, referrals, and direct outreach

• Identify businesses eligible for AT&T Fiber

• Connect with business owners, executives, property managers, and other decision-makers

• Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate AT&T Business solutions

• Present available Fiber plans, promotions, incentives, and connectivity options

• Build and maintain a consistent B2B sales pipeline

• Follow up with prospects and manage opportunities from initial contact through activation

• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline information in our CRM

• Develop referral relationships and long-term business accounts

• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

### Who We’re Looking For

We want hungry, competitive, self-motivated sales professionals who are comfortable creating opportunities instead of waiting for them.

Previous experience in B2B sales, telecommunications, fiber internet, wireless, technology, outside sales, business development, merchant services, solar, or similar performance-based industries is highly preferred.

You should be comfortable:

• Prospecting and cold calling

• Speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers

• Managing a sales pipeline

• Handling objections

• Negotiating and closing

• Working toward aggressive sales goals

• Using a CRM to manage leads and opportunities
