Program Manager Credentialing - USFHP

Program Manager – Responsibilities The Program Manager will support operational teams, identify opportunities, and implement processes to improve the member experience across the care continuum. The role will facilitate and advance innovations in growing membership both locally and system‑wide, promote a transparent culture that seeks member feedback at all points of care, and engage caregivers and providers at all levels to influence change that achieves the organization’s goal of simply the right care. The Program Manager will also ensure compliance with service targets, identify, resolve, and escalates major issues and service failures that impede performance. Required Qualifications 5 years of healthcare operations experience. 5 years of customer service management experience. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree 5 years of experience in consumer marketing (customer services, healthcare, direct‑to‑consumer) where customer lifetime value and net promoter methodologies are utilized. 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
