We’re looking for a system administrator who specializes in ServiceNow platform administration to help us operate and maintain our client's ServiceNow platform. What You'll Work On:Perform configuration, customization, and routine maintenance of the ServiceNow platform to ensure reliable performance and stability.Support the implementation and testing of new modules, applications, and enhancements based on business requirements.Assist in gathering, documenting, and refining technical specifications and workflows in coordination with IT and business stakeholders.Apply established best practices for ServiceNow administration, including system security, user access, and data integrity.Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests related to the ServiceNow platform, escalating complex issues to senior administrators as needed.Configure and maintain core ITSM processes and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), supporting data accuracy and integrity.Support system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance activities to keep the platform current and secure.Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.Monitor system performance metrics and report issues and recommendations for improvement to senior administrators.Stay current with ServiceNow features and updates relevant to assigned duties.Support ServiceNow license management and governance activities such as user, app, API usage, and custom tables.You’ll help clients overcome tough challenges through monitoring and performance management. Your knowledge will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical network. Your communication skills will come in handy as you turn metrics into information and articulate their meaning. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
