About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Creator Marketing to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of driving the strategic vision in the cross-platform creator and digital talent space, with a focus on establishing and maintaining senior-level client relationships. This role demands a professional with a passion for and deep knowledge of creator partnerships, branded video content, social platforms, and the talent management space. The Vice President will be responsible for advising clients on creator partnerships, managing and developing team members, and ensuring the success of campaigns through close collaboration with internal teams. Applicants for the Vice President, Creator Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of relevant experience in marketing or related fields, with at least 5 years' specifically in creator marketing and talent management. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in creator partnerships, including the ability to work with clients to create strategic and creative campaigns that deliver on KPIs and drive ROI. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required, and a strong understanding of the social media and creator marketing ecosystem is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, meeting project deadlines, and contributing to business growth. They should be exceptional collaborators, with experience in new business development and a network of creator and talent agency contacts.
