About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Brand and Performance Marketing to lead the strategic vision that defines how the brand is perceived and experienced. This executive will be responsible for setting and executing the brand strategy, integrated marketing, social and creator initiatives, partnerships, and performance marketing across various channels. The role demands a leader who can balance long-term brand-building with short-term performance, ensuring that both aspects work in harmony to drive the brand's success. The successful candidate will be a key member of the senior marketing leadership team, with a focus on brand coherence, creativity, and velocity. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in brand and performance marketing, with a proven track record at the VP level or equivalent. The role requires a deep understanding of brand strategy, integrated campaign development, and performance marketing, including paid media and growth. The ideal candidate will have a background in fashion, retail, lifestyle, or direct-to-consumer, and be adept at leading and developing high-performance teams. Strong creative instincts, the ability to influence cross-functionally, and a data-driven approach to marketing are essential. The VP will also be the brand's voice in strategic conversations and must be able to communicate with clarity and conviction at all levels.
