What You'll Be Engaging In

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic tests, and crafting tailored care plans

Educational Credentials Required

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Virginia
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or specialty equivalent
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or readiness to acquire these within 90 days)
