We are looking for a Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring, for someone who can manage multiple requisitions efficiently while delivering a strong candidate experience. The ideal candidate brings a proactive sourcing approach, solid full-cycle recruiting expertise, and confidence working within applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for a high volume of openings, from intake discussions through offer coordination and hiring closeout.

• Source, identify, and engage talent with relevant experience using a range of recruiting channels to build strong candidate pipelines.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities, define candidate profiles, and align on recruiting strategies for onsite positions.

• Screen applicants and assess qualifications to advance candidates who meet role requirements and organizational needs.

• Maintain accurate candidate records, workflow updates, and requisition activity within the applicant tracking system.

• Coordinate interview scheduling and communication to ensure a smooth and detail-oriented experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Track recruiting activity and hiring progress across multiple roles, adjusting outreach efforts to meet changing demand.

• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a corporate or agency environment.
• Proven success handling high-volume hiring with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong sourcing skills across job boards, databases, referrals, and direct outreach methods.
• Background recruiting for onsite positions and partnering closely with hiring managers.
• Proficiency using applicant tracking systems to manage candidate flow and reporting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining responsiveness in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
