Full Time Front Desk Associate

Position Overview Front Desk Associate – Full Time. East Brunswick office. Schedule Work two to three days a week from 9:00 am–5:30 pm, and two to three days a week from 1:30 pm–10:00 pm. Weekend coverage and flexibility required. Job Description The Front Desk Associate will act as the representative of ImageCare, interacting directly with patients and providing excellent customer service and patient care. Responsibilities include checking patients in and providing all necessary paperwork upon arrival for their appointments. The ideal candidate is reliable and professional, has excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at the same time. Experience and knowledge of the medical field highly preferred. Requirements Customer service experience: 1 year (Preferred) Must attend first-day orientation at the Mount Olive office before reporting to assigned work location or training site. Must be able to reliably commute to East Brunswick, NJ, or plan to relocate before starting work. Flu vaccination and proof of MMR required (company policy).
