Medical Sales Account Executive

Account Executive We are looking for motivated Account Executives to grow referral relationships and drive sales within a rural territory. The role requires prospecting, presenting, and closing new accounts, and educating healthcare providers about Rotech products. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and grow referral relationships within hospitals, physician clinics, and other service areas. Educate healthcare providers about Rotech products, services, and value‑based care. Own rural territory: prospect, present, and close new accounts. Partner with local team for seamless service and report sales activity and territory trends via call planner. Conduct in‑person visits to referral sources within assigned territory. Attend Sales Academy. Perform other duties as assigned. Compensation Base Salary: $45k‑$55k/yr (depending on experience). Uncapped commission. Quarterly bonuses for exceeding goals. Mileage reimbursement for rural travel. Company-provided cell phone. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Preferred: Four‑year college degree or equivalent. Experience in respiratory or medical sales preferred. Proven sales performer (≥2 years B2B/healthcare sales). Leadership experience in other areas preferred. Independent and resourceful with strong communication skills. Willingness to travel throughout rural territory. CRM experience a plus. Valid driver’s license in state of residence with clean record.
