Where is the work: On-Site (5 days) What’s in it for you: Performs printed circuit board inspection, rework and assembly operations working with a variety of mechanical equipment What you will do: Performs any post assembly, serializing, special component insertion. Perform verification on thru-hole and SMT electronic circuitry. Perform both lead and lead-free solder operations Ability to identify parts and polarity on printed circuit boards Ability to pass good quality products Read and work from manufacturing documentation with a minimum amount of supervision. Maintain clean and orderly work area. Follow safety procedures. Ability to follow written and oral instructions. Ability to meet short- and long-term deadlines. Effectively meet the needs of internal and external customers. Ability to function and thrive in a team environment and independently. Demonstrate ability to cope with stress and maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with internal and external customers. Supports the QMS by delivering quality products and services and meeting quality objectives Works to consistently meet and exceed customer requirements Continuously strives for operational excellence and continuous improvement Demonstrate ability to perform mental tasks such as making decisions, learning, thinking rationally and exercising good judgment. Ability to follow and execute standard work Willing to participate in continuous learning opportunities as part of job and personal development Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned. What you will bring: High School Diploma or General Equivalent Diploma (GED) required. One (1) to (2) years in manufacturing experience is preferred. Two to three years’ experience in Quality. Knowledge of soldering tools to include solder removal and part removal Current J Standard Certification or equivalent. Current IPC 610 Certification Rework experience required Basic commuter skills to include knowledge of Microsoft office products Ability to work within a team. Knowledge of and willingness to comply with all general work rules, policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and procedures.
