Business Office ManagerFull-Time | $18.00-$20.00 per hour | Benefits AvailableCharleston Rehabilitation and Nursing is hiring a Business Office Manager to join our skilled nursing team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day business office functions while working closely with residents, families, insurance providers, and facility staff to ensure accurate billing, collections, and financial documentation.Responsibilities:Manage resident billing, collections, and account balancesAssist residents and families with financial paperwork, including Medicaid-related documentationCoordinate insurance authorizations and appealsProcess admissions paperwork and financial agreementsMaintain accurate business office records and required documentationSupport daily business office operations while ensuring regulatory complianceQualifications:Experience in billing, collections, or business office operations preferredLong-term care or healthcare experience is a plusKnowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement preferredStrong organizational, communication, and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBenefits:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Paid time offSupportive team environmentFull-time, stable positionApply today to join the Charleston Rehabilitation and Nursing team!
