Event Host (One-Week Assignment) Location: Pittsburgh, PA Duration: Monday-Friday (One-Week Event) during 11/9-11/13. Schedule: Full-time during event hours (total 40 hrs) Pay rate starts at $22/hr.

Position Summary

We are seeking reliable, professional, and customer-focused Event Hosts to support a week-long event in Pittsburgh. The Event Host will serve as the first point of contact for attendees, helping create a positive and welcoming experience throughout the event.

Responsibilities

• Greet attendees, guests, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Check badges and verify event credentials.
• Provide directions and assist attendees in navigating the venue.
• Answer basic event-related questions and direct individuals to the appropriate resources.
• Monitor assigned areas and provide general event support as needed.
• Assist with crowd flow and help maintain an organized environment.
• Communicate any issues or concerns to event management promptly.
• Represent the event professionally at all times.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Dependable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to follow directions and adapt to changing event needs.

• Must be present and on time every day of the event.
• Commitment to working the entire assignment from Monday through Friday.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to arrive before scheduled start times.
• Professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
