Registered Client Associate

Key responsibilities

• serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong and positive relationships
• respond to client inquiries promptly and accurately, providing information on financial products, services, and account-related activities
• assist clients with account setup, transfers, and other administrative tasks
• collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues or concerns
• proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to business growth
• stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes to effectively communicate with clients
• ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

The team

You'll be working as part of Wealth Management Americas International Division in Miami. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them. As a registered client associate, you'll play an important role in achieving our goals.

Your skills and experience

• Fluent in Spanish required, Portuguese fluency preferred.
• bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
• fully registered with appropriate licensing and regulatory authorities (SIE, Series 7 and Series 66)
• previous experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred
• strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
• excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• proficiency in using financial software and tools
• knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and industry regulations
• ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively under pressure
• professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients
