We're looking for an ISL Manager and a Day Hab Manager to lead an amazing team of Direct Support Professionals and help ensure the individuals we support are living their best lives.

Think of yourself as the team coach, cheerleader, problem-solver, and occasional superhero —minus the actual fire hose.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As an ISL Manager or a DayHab Manager, no two days are exactly alike. You'll lead, support, problem-solve, and make a difference every single day.

You'll:

• Lead & mentor a team of Direct Support Professionals.
• Build positive relationships with individuals, families, and community partners.
• Ensure the people we support receive person-centered services that promote independence, dignity, and choice.
• Troubleshoot challenges and help your team find solutions.
• Celebrate the victories—big, small, and everything in between.
• Keep things organized and ensure services are provided safely and effectively.
• Be part of a leadership team that actually supports its managers .

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT?

We're looking for someone who is:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experienced in the developmental disabilities or human services field — at least 1 year required .
• Experienced in a supervisory role .
• A strong communicator who isn't afraid to have the tough conversations when needed.
• Organized, dependable, and great at solving problems.
• A self-starter who can take initiative without needing someone to hold your hand.
• Flexible and available to respond when situations require it.

This is a full-time, salaried exempt position.

ON-CALL? YES. BUT WE'VE GOT YOUR BACK. (ISL Manager only)

Emergencies don't always check the clock before showing up. ISL Managers participate in an on-call rotation and are expected to respond to urgent situations when needed.
