What You’ll Do Provide 1:1 in‑home ABA therapy for youth under 21 Implement individualized behavior treatment plans designed by a BCBA Collect data and complete session notes Coach and support parents and caregivers Collaborate with schools, social services, physicians, and other professionals Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development What We’re Looking For High School Diploma (required) Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or related field (preferred) At least 1 year of experience working with children (special needs experience preferred) Availability for evenings and weekends Ability to obtain RBT certification within 90 days (we provide training!)
