Real Chemistry is looking for an Account Supervisor to join our growing team. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, fostering positive relationships and addressing any client inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive strategies that align with client goals and objectives. Manage the day-to-day operations of client projects, including overseeing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to review project progress, discuss upcoming initiatives, and identify new opportunities for collaboration. Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development and growth within the organization. What You Should Have Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in account management. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations and guidelines (e.g., FDA regulations). Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire cross‑functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively. Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Pay Range Pay Range: $95,000–$110,000. The anticipated salary range for this position is listed above. Compensation will be determined based on job‑related, non‑discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, and internal parity.
