The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in global logistics, with a minimum of 7 years in industrial manufacturing, and a proven track record in transformational change, particularly in the areas of warehousing and transportation. Strong leadership skills, a background in process improvement, and a Bachelor's degree are essential.
