Unit Overview

This position is for a role in Respiratory Therapy within a multi-disciplinary hospital environment. The facility operates a total of 330 beds, offering services in various units including ICU, ER, Med-surg, NICU, and more.

Patient Population

The department serves a diverse patient population, including adults and neonates.

Documentation System

The electronic medical record system utilized is Allscripts Sunrise.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will perform a variety of respiratory therapy procedures, including but not limited to:

  • Nebulizers
  • Ventilator management
  • CPAP/BIPAP therapy
  • Chest physiotherapy
Required Qualifications
  • Current CRT or RRT credential through the NBRC
  • State of New Hampshire Respiratory License
  • Current ACLS and NRP certifications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Professional patient interaction skills
  • Mechanical skills
Equipment Utilized

The department is equipped with advanced respiratory therapy technology, including:
  • Draeger ventilators
  • Hamilton ventilators
  • V60s
  • High Flow therapy devices
