Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced Med Surg RN to join their team in Fort Wayne, IN. This travel assignment requires a nurse with strong skills in general medical and surgical care within a hospital setting utilizing EPIC charting systems.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Deliver high-quality general medical and surgical nursing care
• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
• Engage in inter-professional communication
• Manage electronic health records using EPIC
• Utilize IV pumps, wound vacs, and feeding equipment
• Administer and manage heparin and insulin drips
• Float to other medical units as needed

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• IN State or compact RN license
• BLS certification via AHA
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Level 1, Level 2, or tertiary settings
• At least 1 year of Med Surg experience at a hospital with 450+ beds
