About the Role

\n

We're hiring a Business Development Manager to join our sales team in Omaha. In this role, you'll work with pre-qualified leads generated through CHIPD's partnership network — including endorsed relationships with associations serving medical practices, med spas, building supply dealers, and kitchen & bath retailers. Your job is to identify partner members who would benefit from our program, reach out to decision-makers, and use consultative selling to close new merchant accounts.

What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Prospect and contact partner-generated leads through outbound calling, email, and follow-up
\n
• Present CHIPD's endorsed processing programs to prospective merchants
\n
• Conduct product demonstrations via Zoom
\n
• Attend industry trade shows throughout the year
\n
• Manage clear notes, call activity, and partner communications inside our CRM
\n
• Provide written follow-up (email, reference materials, thank-you cards) after each conversation
\n
• Own the sales cycle from initial contact through signed application
\n

What You Bring

\n

\n
• Prior sales experience — preferably in a role with a monthly quota
\n
• Comfort making a high volume of outbound calls (roughly 50 dials per day)
\n
• Strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills
\n
• Discipline to follow a sales process end-to-end and maintain accurate CRM records
\n
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and self-motivated
\n
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
\n

Compensation & Benefits

\n

• Base salary: $50,000
\n
• Residual commissions on every merchant account you sign — paid for as long as the merchant continues processing
\n
• Monthly First Batch Bonus — additional new-account bonuses
\n
• First-year total-compensation range: $50,000 – $70,000 , with strong ramp progression pushing total compensation above $100,000 by Year 3
\n
