Housekeeping Inspector

Housekeeping InspectorAlys Beach is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Inspector to conduct departure, arrival, damage, and deep clean inspections of rental and private homes on our exclusive property inspection program. Use approved checklists to ensure the properties meet Alys Beach standards of cleanliness and condition. Starting pay is $21-$23 per hour depending on experience. First day medical benefits and company profit sharing. $1,000 sign-on bonus, in addition to a Summer Incentive Program.Job Responsibilities:Conduct multiple property inspections daily and inspect all homes for arrival guestsPerform daily departure inspections, checking for damagesReview arrivals, departures, and housekeeping changes dailyCheck and count linens and supplies (including cooking utensils, serving pieces, dishes, flatware, and glasses). Record inspection results and notify cleaning personnel of inadequaciesEnforce policies and procedures to maintain Alys Beach standardsPerform housekeeper duties as assignedJob Requirements:High School Diploma or GEDPrevious Housekeeping Inspector experience of at least two (2) years. Previous Housekeeper experience of at least one (1) year.Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers, guests, and homeowners both verbally and in writingComputer and mobile device literacyAbility to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistanceAbility to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and/or weekendsMust have reliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseWe are an equal opportunity employer and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws.
