Part-Time (On-Call) Customer Services Clerk

Overview Part‑time (on‑call) Customer Services Clerk. Perform office services in San Diego County, CA. Compensation: $16.90–$16.90 per hour. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM. No nights or weekends. Responsibilities Mail Operations – sorting and processing incoming mail, preparing and posting outgoing mail. Package Operations – sorting, entering and delivering incoming packages, preparing and processing outgoing packages. Copier Services – handling incoming copy, scan, print and binding requests. Corporate Hospitality – managing environment presentation and assistance with catering and events. Records Management – scanning and physical filing. Customer Service – demonstrating flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high‑volume production environment. Perform other tasks as assigned to uphold client and site needs. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. Attention to detail and critical‑thinking skills to resolve problems. Reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to lift up to 55 pounds on occasion. Standing for long periods and significant walking.
