Assembler I – Milford, MA
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler I to support light assembly and packaging of electro-mechanical and optical assemblies. This role plays a key part in meeting production schedules and quality standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform light assembly and packaging of electro-mechanical and optical assemblies and subassemblies
Support production goals by following established processes and quality standards
Assist in identifying and supporting corrective actions related to instruments, assemblies, processes, tooling, and materials
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency
Assist with reviewing and updating documentation related to assembly processes and equipment
Perform additional duties as assigned by the department manager
Qualifications:
Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment preferred
Basic computer skills required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
