Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Valid licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in the state
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience or strong interest in pediatrics, especially within school settings
• Skilled in teletherapy platforms and in-person therapy
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs and document progress effectively
• Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate with teachers, parents, and other specialists

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP objectives
• Deliver therapy via in-person and virtual/remote platforms as needed
• Maintain timely documentation and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and school staff to integrate communication goals within academic activities
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to care planning
